Questions for international interview

1. What country are you from?

2. What's the first thing come into your mind when you think about your country?

3. What are the characteristics that you are proud of your culture? could you give me 2 examples?

4. What's the most obvious difference between American culture and your own after you've been living here? What do you think about that?

5. Did you feel anxiety, or nervous as "cultural shock"?

6. Have you ever introduced your culture to people from other country in a crowd? What did you tell them about your culture? 

7. Do you see how Americans or people from other countries think of your culture, or how much they know about it? Do you think those views are correct? Is there any misunderstanding of them?

8. Could you tell me some stories about some great person or hero that in your culture, ancient or present? 

9. Do you have language barrier at all? If yes, do you think it affects your relationship with other native people? If not, what are suggestions to other language learners?

10. Could you teach me some simple words or interesting slangs in your native language?
